Jigoku Shoujo Pilot Ep.

The First Press of the second DVD of Jigoku Shoujo came with a "Pilot Version." It introduced Ai's character, the premise of the stories, her helpers, and included a longer version of the print/paint images of hell. Here are some screencaps (click to enlarge):
